Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused, unworn items with original tags in tact within 7 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).  Please note that all items are checked in-store for defects prior to shipping.  Unless the defect is the result of the shipping company, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for a defective product.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS THAT ARE SALE PRICED ITEMS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

As always, you are welcome to make a return at our physical boutique location according to our in-store return policy.  Returns within 7 days of purchase will be honored for form of payment.  Returns within 14 days of purchase will be honored for store credit.  Please note that items that are sale priced at the time of purchase are final sale and are not returnable.  All returns require a receipt and the item must be new, unused, unworn and have original tags in tact 

Shipping

We can ship to any address within the contiguous 48 states in the USA.

When you place an order, the shipping cost is based on the weight of the items purchased.  We strive to use the lowest cost shipping option to minimize our shipping costs.  Our goal is to have your order shipped within 2 business days of receiving your paid order.  If you are ordering a custom made jewelry item, it could take another business day to process your order.  Depending on your location, it could take up to 7 calendar days for your order to arrive from our store in Canonsburg, PA once it is shipped.  If you provide an email with your order, you will receive a shipping notification so you can track delivery.  We offer free shipping on all purchases over $200.

All packages will be insured for free.
